journals. is a music production studio offering sample packs and mixing & mastering services at journals-studio.com. this policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
when you fill out our intake form — on this site or through an instant form in a facebook or instagram ad — we collect what you share with us: your name, email address, phone number (if you include it), the service you're interested in, a link to your track, and any notes you add.
when you purchase a sample pack, payment is handled by stripe. we never see or store your full card details — stripe processes those under its own privacy policy. we receive your email address so we can deliver your download.
we use your information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services or products you've requested, keep you updated on your project, and occasionally share new releases or offers. we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
if you submit your information through an instant form on facebook or instagram, it's collected by meta and shared with us under meta's privacy policy. we use it only for the purposes described above.
our site uses the meta pixel and cloudflare web analytics to understand how people find us and how our ads perform. these tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
we share information only with the services we need to run the studio — stripe for payments, resend for transactional email, cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and meta for advertising — and only as needed for them to do their jobs. we may disclose information if required by law.
we keep your information for as long as we're working together, or as required for legal and accounting purposes. you can ask us to delete it at any time.
